This place is a class act. We have stayed in the past and during this adventure we checked in late after the office had just closed. The Realtor Ann walked our welcome package across a parking lot as we unhooked the tow vehicle. She then said we could bring our payment up the next day at our convenience. We then had an inverter problem and had to leave the facility. The guard gate was very helpful to us. Today I called and was prepared to pay 1 night which they refused to take citing that it was not our fault. Now that is GREAT customer service IMHO.

Great stop on I-26, 2 miles off the interstate with no road noise! We had a pullthrough site with no shade,so if you need it ask for a shady spot. The pool and laundry room were great; check-in was easy; and we met a lot of folks who stay here every time they are in the area as we would also.

Judging from the prior reviews we thought the place would be great. The office looked so bad we almost left and probably should have done so. The place needs a good cleanup, permanent residences look bad, and the laundry room was a mess with papers all over the place. It did have good wifi, and cable but beware of the rocks in the sites. Our jacks got stuck in the rocks and we had difficulty retracting them. We would not stay there again.

We stopped here because of a pet emergency and the need to see a vet. The lady who was working Laurie was very helpful upon check-in and gave us a map and directions to the vet. We feel that we were much better received here than at an Outdoor Resort we recently stayed in.The sites are as others have stated. The facility is very clean; good laundry too! Also the vet at Oregon Trail Vet Hospital was wonderful and our dog is recovering nicely.

This is a great place to stay in or out of Florida for us. It is neat and clean, friendly service and they discount the rate for cash! Always a plus.

This is a great stopover place in my opinion. The sites are long, not too narrow for a day or 2. It was very quiet, had the surrounding fairground area to walk the dog,and was clean. No cable but adequate TV channels. The place was pretty full when we were there so I was glad I called the day ahead.

This park is all the other reviews have stated. We got here on Memorial day after the massive checkout so it is quite empty. We have site 89 on the upper level overlooking the marina but literally have a view from every window. It is a nice walk to town, have a walking trail around the park, a few restaurants in town, and a nice atmosphere in general.

This a good place for stopping off to see the Redwood Forest and the surrounding area. The park is about 10 min from Jedediah Smith state park. We found Crescent City to look old,not too much there really. The staff were very friendly to us and we appreciate their efforts to keep the place nice. The trees were beautiful in the RV park as well as the whole area.

The rate is based on a week's stay. I agree with the other posts in that these folks at the campground- Tamara, Pat, Jack and Corky are the friendliest and most helpful we have have ever met.Tamara even went out of her way to tend to our dog when we took the train. They made trip arrangements for us, dinner recommendations and we will definitely stay again.

This is a great RV Resort, but I do agree with the other posts to do an upgrade to a Premium Site as the ones in the other section are back to back sites. The pool is great with some shade actually, and you need it here! The laundry was nice and clean and had everything you need. I would like to see the shuttle to the strip as traffic is very busy; it is Vegas. For a side trip go to Red Rock Canyon, about a 20 minute drive for great scenery when you lose all your money. I would stay again.

This is the best place to stay in the Bryce Canyon area. It is very close to the park, Ruby's Inn is fun just to explore the shops and grounds.I would advise stocking up with groceries as the store is limited and rather expensive. The site we had was shaded, quiet and fairly level. The only problem was the Wi-Fi but we went to the laundry and all was well. We would definitely stay again as a great place to see multiple parks such as Bryce, Zion, Capitol Reef and Scenic 12.

This is a great place to stay when traveling from Florida. We actually stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip and had 2 good experiences. They were friendly, helpful and actually asked what my needs were for site selection. We did not experience excessive road noise as some sites are further back on Route 231. So just ask and I feel sure they will accommodate your needs.

Actually this was our second visit to the park as we recently purchased a new motorhome. The park has recently been turned over from the developer to the residents, as the park is now resident owned. We were "renters" on these visits. The park is very nice, some shade, enclosed pool area...too cold in Feb. The park is about 9 miles north of Crystal River, which has an array of outdoor activities, hiking trails, kayaks, parks, etc. which we truly enjoy. The park itself is very near the Croo Florida Barge Canal and has a 9 mile trail which leads to the Gulf and is a great walk or bike ride. My only negative is the road noise from US 19, so if that is a concern check the site map upon booking.

I agree with the previous post that this is a nice place in the middle of nowhere. Tha plans for the place are nice, but feel the pool will be a while so put the swimwear away for now. There was little to do in the immediate area. We drove to Cedar Key,Ocala and the surrounding area. There are few restaurants but dinner at the Ivy House was a pleasant surprise although they serve no alcohol! We would come here again to visit nearby family.

This is a great resort atmosphere but yet very friendly to all. The resort is close to all the activities in the area, restaurants, walking, biking and the beaches. While there the city was completing the bike trail that will allow walking or biking to the beach. We liked it so much we already booked a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. The office staff is very accomodating in honoring requests for specific sites, so requests can be honored.

This a a fantastic place to stay, even if you are a Florida resident. There are sites with shade available, as very necessary in August. There are 2 pools, plenty of walking available and wildlife abounds. There is RV repair on site which we used for a minor problem, and they were very good. The church on site was very friendly and all in the park made us feel welcome. The nightly rate reflects buy 2 nights and get 1 free.

The office staff are very helpful in answering any questions you may have regarding the area. The sites can be oddly shaped so if you have a big rig take a look at the site. We are from Florida and it snowed while there. The office staff gave us great advice for "winterizing" our rv. The campground offers easy acess to the interstae and the city and would stay here again.
